HIGH Values Equal Greater Achievements In 1987, the respected Gallup poll made a sweeping statement to the effect that America is facing a moral and ethical crisis of huge proportions. The report went on to pose the question as to what happened to the value system that once characterized our society and allowed business to be done on a handshake. This is a good question, considering that the individuals and companies with higher ethical values appear to have a greater productivity and profitability. That is why I considered this information a vital. Excellent companies seem to develop traits that incorporate the values and practices that are seen to survive decades after leader have left the scene. Businessman J. C.           In every culture there are those who are designated to defend the masses and defend the boarder, to dispense justice as deemed by their hierarchy system. Some are trained over time as in forms of combat and hand to hand to combat like the samurai in feudal Japan, or "Ama" Zulu, better known as the “Zulu”, a Bantu ethnic group of Southern Africa with an estimated 10-12 million population.           This is just a small example of the idea I am trying to get you to see. It takes men, young men boys, that can be molded that seem to be shaped into something more than what they are, that are willing to do what needs to be done to be part of something larger than what they are buy themselves.
