          In every culture there are those who are designated to defend the masses and defend the boarder, to dispense justice as deemed by their hierarchy system. Some are trained over time as in forms of combat and hand to hand to combat like the samurai in feudal Japan, or "Ama" Zulu, better known as the “Zulu”, a Bantu ethnic group of Southern Africa with an estimated 10-12 million population.           This is just a small example of the idea I am trying to get you to see.
